NEW ACCOUNTS

Rotary sells only to established manufacturers, distributors, and servicing dealers. Please contact Rotary’s CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT for new account information and processing.

TERMS OF SALE

Our terms of sale, unless specifically modified for a promotional program, are as follows:

PRICING

Pricing is per current published price schedule. New pricing is published each Fall and remains in effect for approximately one (1) year. Rotary reserves the right to modify pricing without notice.

INVENTORY

Rotary reserves the right to protect our inventory levels.

DELIVERY/SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped freight prepaid.

All Classes Excluding 43: Any order less than $225.00 will incur a $15.00 service charge. No service charge on internet orders of $150.00 or more.

Class 43: Class 43 items must reach a $225.00 minimum. Any order containing arbor items less than $225.00 will incur a $20.00 service charge. (Effective December 1, 2022)

Rotary Corporation offers next day service to most of the United States. Most orders are shipped via UPS and require a street address when the order is entered. Orders placed by telephone, internet, EDI, or fax by 4 PM in your time zone will generally ship the same day. Large orders over 300 lbs. generally ship truck line and may take up to 72 hours to complete.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment Terms are "Net 30" with approved credit, unless specifically modified for a promotional program. Dealers can opt, with approval, to be "Credit Card Only" customers, paying for each purchase with a credit card as mutually arranged. All payments not paid within terms are subject to 1-1/2% /month late fees.

RETURNED CHECKS

Returned Checks will incur a $30.00

RETURN / REFUND POLICY

We guarantee your satisfaction with the quality of our parts. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our parts, call our customer service department at 1-800-841-3989 for a return and we will replace the parts, issue your account credit or refund your credit card if the order was placed on a credit card.

DAMAGES

Damages must be reported immediately. All external damages should be reported to the carrier and noted on the shipping document when signing the delivery receipt. Claims against freight lines and other shippers must be made by the receiver, not the shipper. All concealed damage should be reported to Rotary’s CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT immediately. ANY DAMAGE NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS OF RECEIPT CANNOT BE ADJUSTED/CREDITED.

ORDER ERRORS/SHORTAGES

If you received a wrong item or are missing an item that is our shipping error, please call customer service to get an exchange or replacement shipped immediately. ANY ORDER/SHIPMENT ERRORS NOT REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF INVOICE CANNOT BE ADJUSTED/CREDITED. For missing items, please check the packing slip to verify all the items were shipped in the same parcel. We strive for 100% accuracy, but unfortunately errors may occur.

RETURNS

Any return must be authorized and returned utilizing a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#). Please call customer service at 1-800-841-3989 for the RA#. Any merchandise returned without the RA # will be refused. The RA# must be marked on all cartons. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within 90 days of the order shipment date or the return will be refused.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can only occur if your order hasn’t been released for shipment. The only way to make changes is to contact customer service at 1-800-841-3989. Our orders go quickly to our shipping process, so any changes or cancellations would have to be made in a short period of time. Occasionally items are backordered and these items will be shipped as soon as they are available.

ROTARY PART NUMBERS & OEM PART NUMBERS

Original Equipment Manufacturers' (OEM) part numbers are used for identification of parts only. Original Equipment Manufacturers' names are also used only for reference purposes. Due to the changing part number system of many OEMs, Rotary makes no claim as to the accuracy of these numbers.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

As a manufacturer, Rotary has always carried Product Liability Insurance on products we produce and/or sell. For a copy of our Certificate of Insurance, ask your Rotary salesman or contact our Corporate office in Glennville, GA.

 The parts listed in this catalog are designed for specific use in certain makes and models of lawn and garden equipment as described herein. However, product specifications change frequently as do OEM part numbers. The user is at all times responsible for determining the suitability of the product for the intended use. Rotary will not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising out of the misuse, abuse or misapplication of our products.

ROTARY CORPORATION LIMITED WARRANTY

 Rotary Corporation warrants to the original user and consumer that any products supplied by Rotary shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use or service for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase. This excludes normal wear and routine maintenance.

Rotary Corporation will repair or replace, free of charge, any part, or parts of your engine damaged from use of our replacement parts. Shipping charges on parts submitted for repair or replacement under this warranty are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. This warranty is effective for the time periods and subject to the conditions as provided in your original OEM warranty policy. For warranty service contact your nearest Rotary Service Dealer. There is no other Express Warranty. Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited to one year from date of purchase, or to the extent permitted by law any and all implied warranties are excluded to the exclusion is permitted by law. This warranty gives you specific rights. You may also have other rights which may vary from state to state. All warranty claims for parts and labor are at the discretion of our Technical Services Department or our field representative.

 Warranties are typically limited to replacement of product and are subject to reasonable limitations.

If you have been denied warranty by the OEM supplier because of the use of non-OEM parts, you may be asked to supply written details regarding the denial of warranty by the OEM supplier. These written details will not impair your warranty rights.

WARRANTY PROCEDURES

 All warranty claims from the consumer should have a dated "proof of purchase" and must be submitted within the warranty period.

All warranty claims from the dealer/distributor must be made within 60 days of warranty service/replacement and submitted with proper documentation.

All warranty requiring extensive labor or engine replacement must contact Rotary's Technical Services Department (1-800-841-3989) before commencing the warranty service. Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty claim.
